Your employees are already using AI. The question is whether they're using it well — or just scratching the surface of what's possible while your competitors build an edge.

The Problem with Generic AI Training
Most corporate AI training looks like this: a consultant shows up with a slide deck, explains what AI is, demos a few tools, and sends everyone home with a PDF they'll never open. Three months later, nobody's working differently.
The reason it doesn't stick isn't that employees aren't motivated. It's that they never actually built anything. They watched someone else do it. Watching someone swim and swimming are different skills.
ANCHR's AI coding training is output-based. Every participant builds something real during the session. A tool that solves an actual problem in their work. Something they can use on Monday morning. That shift — from "I watched AI do something" to "I built something with AI" — is what changes behaviour.
After the Training
After this training, your employees won't just know what AI is. They'll be able to:
One automated workflow per employee typically saves two to five hours per week on tasks that were previously done manually. Across a team of 20, that's a meaningful return on a one-day training investment — and it compounds as employees build more tools over time.
Formats
We offer flexibility to fit your team's schedule and learning goals:
A taste of vibe coding. Best for introducing the concept and building appetite for a longer session. Works well as a pre-cursor to a full workshop.
The focused build. One problem, one working output. See the Half-Day AI Workshop page for details.
The complete experience. Morning covers foundations; afternoon is independent building with facilitation. Teams typically build 2–3 tools across the day.
For organisations running a serious upskilling initiative. Multiple sessions across departments, with progress tracking and a final showcase. Best for 100+ employee rollouts.
All formats are available at your office, a training room in Singapore, or virtually. We'll recommend the right format once we understand your team size and objectives.
Departments
We work with non-technical teams across every department. The common thread: people who spend time on repetitive processes and want to reclaim it.
Automate onboarding, screen applications, build internal knowledge bases, and generate standardised offer letters and communications.
Report generators, data transformation tools, reconciliation automations. Also see our dedicated finance team training.
Content calendars, campaign trackers, landing page prototypes, social media workflow tools, and brief generators.
Proposal templates, CRM-adjacent tools, pitch deck generators, and outreach personalisation workflows.
Process documentation, approval trackers, supplier management tools, and internal dashboards. The ROI here is usually the highest.
Contract review assistants, policy Q&A tools, document summarisers, and compliance checklist generators.

The gap between organisations that use AI well and those that don't is widening. The good news: it doesn't take long to close it. Message us to talk about what a training programme could look like for your team.

Is this SkillsFuture claimable?
We're working on SkillsFuture accreditation. In the meantime, get in touch and we can discuss the current funding options. For many corporate clients, the training is funded directly through L&D budgets — and given the tangible outputs participants produce, it's a relatively easy spend to justify.
How many participants can attend per session?
Standard sessions are capped at 20 participants to ensure quality. For larger teams, we run parallel cohorts or staggered sessions. For embedded programmes across multiple departments, we can design a rollout plan that fits your headcount and timeline. Our minimum cohort is 8 — smaller than that and we'll recommend a different format.
What's the prerequisite? Do employees need any technical background?
None. The only prerequisite is a laptop and a willingness to try something. We've trained 55-year-old executives who'd never used ChatGPT and 22-year-old graduates who thought they needed to learn Python first. Both walked out with something they built. The workshop is designed to meet people where they are.
Can you customise the training for our specific industry or workflows?
Yes — and this is one of the things that makes our training more effective than off-the-shelf programmes. Before the session, we do a briefing call to understand your team's actual day-to-day work. We then design the build challenge around a real problem from your context. Participants learn faster when they're solving something real, and the output is immediately useful — not a toy example they'll never revisit.
