Vibe Coding Workshop Singapore

Your team doesn't need to learn to code. They need to learn to build. That shift — from waiting on developers to shipping ideas yourself — is what this workshop is about.

The Shift

From "I Need a Developer" to "I Built It This Afternoon"

Not long ago, having an idea meant writing a brief, waiting for IT, watching the scope creep, and eventually getting something that wasn't quite what you meant. That whole process — the back-and-forth, the lost context, the three-month wait — is becoming optional.

Vibe coding is what happens when AI tools get good enough that a non-technical person can describe what they want and have something working by end of day. Not a mockup. Not a Figma screen. An actual tool, form, dashboard, or automation that does something real.

This workshop teaches your team how to do exactly that. No prior coding experience. No dev background. Just a willingness to try things and an afternoon to figure it out.

Plain English Explainer

What Is Vibe Coding?

"Vibe coding" is a term that started in tech circles but it describes something very simple: using AI to write code so you don't have to. You describe what you want — in plain English — and the AI figures out the technical implementation. You review, refine, and redirect. The AI does the typing.

It sounds too good to be true, but it works. The tools have gotten genuinely good. We've had participants in our Singapore workshops ship a working internal tool in under three hours, start to finish, with zero prior coding experience. A dashboard that pulls from a spreadsheet. A form that routes to the right team. A client report generator that takes 20 minutes of work down to 90 seconds.

Vibe coding doesn't make you a software engineer. It makes you someone who can build what they need without needing one. That's a different (and very useful) superpower.

Workshop Outcomes

What You'll Learn

By the end of this workshop, participants will be able to:

Most workshops give you slides and frameworks. This one gives you something you built. That's the whole point.

Who It's For

Who This Workshop Is For

The short answer: anyone who has ever said "I wish I could just build this myself."

The longer answer — this workshop works especially well for:

Non-Technical Founders

You have the vision. You've been relying on others to execute it. Vibe coding gives you more control over your own product — and more speed.

L&D and HR Managers

Looking to upskill your team with something practical? This is the AI training that produces visible output, not just certificates of completion.

Marketing & Comms Teams

Build your own landing pages, campaign trackers, or content calendars. Stop waiting for the web team for every small update.

Operations & Admin Leads

Your processes are full of manual steps that someone decided "weren't worth automating." They are. This workshop will show you how.

Innovation & Strategy Teams

Speed up the gap between idea and prototype. Test assumptions in hours, not quarters.

Anyone Curious

You've heard everyone talking about AI. You want to understand what it actually means for your work. This is the most practical answer to that question.

Formats

Workshop Formats Available

We run vibe coding workshops in three formats, depending on what your team needs:

Half-Day (3 hours)

The focused version. One problem, one build, one working output. Perfect for leadership teams, innovation days, or anyone who can't commit a full day. See the Half-Day AI Workshop for full details.

Full-Day (6 hours)

The full build experience. Morning covers foundations and guided build; afternoon is independent work on a real problem from your own organisation. Most teams ship two to three working tools by end of day.

Multi-Day Programme

For organisations that want to embed vibe coding across teams. Three to five days of progressive workshops, with team leads taking on facilitation by the end. Best for companies with a real upskilling mandate.

Fintech & Banking Edition

A version specifically designed for regulated environments and finance teams. See the Fintech Vibe Coding Workshop for full details.

All formats are available in-person (your office or a venue in Singapore) and virtually. Sessions are capped to maintain quality — we're not running a lecture theatre.

Why ANCHR

Trained by Someone Who Actually Does This

I'm Wan Wei. I'm not a developer. I studied communications, not computer science. My first hackathon, I shipped a working app in five hours — not because I suddenly knew how to code, but because I knew how to work with AI tools that do the coding for me.

That experience — going from "I have no idea what I'm doing" to "this is live and people are using it" in an afternoon — is exactly what I want to give your team.

I've since run AI training workshops for teams at Singapore banks, regional MNCs, and growing SMEs. The participants who get the most out of it aren't the technical ones — they're the people who've spent years frustrated by the gap between what they can imagine and what they can execute. Vibe coding closes that gap.

I train non-techies because I am one. The workshops are built around the actual blockers non-technical people hit — not the blockers developers assume we have.

FAQ

Common Questions

Is this suitable for non-technical staff?

Yes — that's specifically who it's designed for. We don't teach programming. We teach people to use AI tools to build things. The participants who make the most progress in our workshops are usually the non-technical ones, because they're used to working around constraints and they come in without assumptions about how things "should" work.

What tools are used in the workshop?

We primarily work with Claude (Anthropic's AI), along with tools like Replit, Lovable, or Cursor depending on what your team is trying to build. We can also customise the toolset to fit tools your organisation already has access to. No paid subscriptions are required to participate — we'll handle setup ahead of the session.

Do participants need to bring laptops?

Yes, each participant needs a laptop (Mac or Windows both work fine). Everything runs in the browser, so no installations are required. We'll send a pre-workshop checklist to make sure everyone's set up before the day.

Can this be customised for our specific industry or use case?

Absolutely. The most effective workshops are built around real problems from your team — not made-up scenarios. We'll do a short briefing call before the session to understand your context, and then we'll design the build challenge around something your team actually needs. Finance, healthcare, retail, logistics — we've done this across sectors.
