What Is Claude Cowork Training?

Claude Cowork Training at Anchr AI Labs exists because the gap between powerful AI and the people who need it most was real, enormous, and completely ignored. Most AI tools are designed by engineers, for engineers. The documentation is technical, the onboarding assumes you already know what a terminal is, and the demos leave you no closer to actually using anything at work.

We built a training programme around one specific tool — Claude Cowork — and one specific audience: non-technical professionals in Singapore and Southeast Asia who need AI to actually work for them, today, without writing a single line of code.

What Exactly Is Claude Cowork?

Claude Cowork is a desktop AI agent built by Anthropic — the same company behind Claude. Unlike Claude in the browser, which answers questions and helps you draft text, Claude Cowork runs directly on your Mac or PC and takes action on your computer.

It opens files, reads your documents, fills spreadsheets, drafts emails in your tone, organises folders, and coordinates tasks across the apps you already use. In plain English: Claude Cowork does the work, while you do something else.

Why Claude Cowork — and Not ChatGPT?

ChatGPT generates text. Claude Cowork generates results — completed tasks, organised folders, drafted and filed documents. For non-technical professionals whose work is made up of exactly these things, the difference is enormous.

What You Will Learn

Our Claude Cowork Training is not a lecture about what AI might do someday. It is a hands-on programme where you leave with something functioning — built from your actual work, not a generic demo.

By the end of training you will be able to set up Claude Cowork correctly on your Mac or PC, build reusable workflows for the repetitive parts of your job, and understand which plugins and integrations make Cowork significantly more powerful for your specific role. Every session is role-specific. We do not run generic AI demos. We ask what your job actually looks like on a Tuesday afternoon, and we build training around that.

Training Formats

Half-Day Intensive: Four hours. One core workflow, built and running by end of session. Best for individuals or small teams who need to move fast and have a specific use case already in mind.

Full-Day Workshop: Eight hours. Multiple workflows, plugin integration, and a team workflow map showing how Cowork fits into how your department actually operates. This is the format most corporate teams book.

Why Anchr AI Labs

There are AI courses everywhere. Ours is different in three ways. First, we teach Claude specifically — we are not a generalist AI school that covers twelve tools in a day. Depth is what creates actual behaviour change.
